I am a 24 year old military member originally from the midwest, now living in Orange County, California. I create both military content as well as fitness content. I have been lifting in the gym for about 4 years now and I am in the gym about six days a week. Outside of the gym I am a student full time online and I also enjoy traveling to include hiking and finding unique restaurants.
