I am a yoga and meditation teacher of 8 years. I am the host of “the vibe within” podcast, which is a mental health and self help podcast where I interview experts in the psychology, and healing fields. I talk about healing auto immune disease, PCOS, mental health like depression, anxiety, and OCD. I also talk about my history of disordered eating and the current paradigm we live in where eating disorders are becoming more and more common. I bring light to the current times we are in when it comes to dating, emotional well being, and self healing.
