I’m a clinical psychologist that specializes in healthy relationships with the self (self esteem) and others (familial, romantic, social relationships). Most of my content focuses on helping people understand where their self-esteem and relationship struggles come from, and some strategies for improvement. Occasionally I’ll talk about my personal experiences that always follow a valuable lesson about life. I try to keep my content and voice very informal and candid. My audience are young women.
